As part of our commitment to the community that supports and shelters us, we sometimes provide products to non-profit institutions, mainly in the areas of education, culture, and sports. We do not authorize monetary donations or donations of products for fundraising.

Likewise, we evaluate proposals for sponsoring events, according to the parameters and priorities established by the Marketing Department.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it is impossible for us to approve all of them. We do our best to help those who meet the requirements within the resources allocated for these purposes.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

1. We encourage you to read all the requirements before submitting your application.
2. Only requests received through this platform will be accepted.
3. Petitions received by email, regular mail or sent to the office by hand will not be evaluated.
4. Only one donation or sponsorship per applicant entity per the calendar year will be granted, which meets all the requirements and as long as our assigned resources provide for it.
5. At the moment we are not evaluating proposals for fundraising.

REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST DONATION

For an event to be evaluated and considered by Vaquería Tres Monjitas, the proponents must comply with the following:

1. The request must be sent, fulfilling all requirements, with a minimum of 40 DAYS in advance of the date of the activity or event.
2. We will only evaluate product donation proposals for charitable purposes. Currently, we are not evaluating proposals for a monetary donation, or product for fundraising.
3. Current tax-exempt status under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS / Treasury Code is a requirement for applications. Please include it in the file at the moment of sending the request and, in case of being approved, at the moment of the delivery of the donation.
4. No debts or balances pending payment to Vaquería Tres Monjitas.

REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST SPONSORSHIP

For an event to be evaluated and considered by Vaquería Tres Monjitas, the proponents must comply with the following:

1. The application must be sent, fulfilling all requirements, with a minimum of 90 DAYS in advance of the date of the activity or event. (If necessary, Tres Monjitas will request a meeting to discuss possible sponsorship).
2. Operating licenses required by law, issued by the relevant authorities, according to the service offered by the requesting agency or entity
3. Comply with personnel standards required by the Department of Labor.
4. Financial statements for the last year.
5. No current debts or balances pending payment to Vaquería Tres Monjitas.
